Wong Family // Family Photography

This is my little niece – there are a few things that I still cannot believe…that she is one already, that my little brother is a father (and a great one at that…i still fondly recall him as a baby himself) and that I get to do what I love for the people I love. Rylie (Ry Ry) is constantly changing, and has changed so much. Being her auntie, I may be a bit biased, but there were so many photos that I loved from our time together.

Photographing lil tots and toddlers may be hard on the vocal cords (due to random sounds and different pitches you have to constantly make) and on the heart (due to running around and being on top of your game for short attention spans) but the joy from capturing all their little nuances and expressions is so much fun! I don’t think I’ve ever edited a family session and not smiled throughout.

This was one of my more colourful sessions – my favourite part was with the gazillion bubbles machine – it definitely delivered a gazillion bubbles which made shooting a little more challenging but fun! Plus how can you not love a session filled with chevron, hello kitty, balloons, bubbles and a lot of love?! Thank you guys for letting me photograph your beautiful family – I love watching Ry grow (and how she sticks her tongue out to one side in full concentration)!

With Ry being on the move, I look forward to many many adventures with our little ones. My hope is that we don’t gain too many grey hairs from it!
